My Name is Leah
I am a Certified Clarity Breathwork Practitioner, EMDR trained clinician, Reiki Energy Master Healer, and Functional Breathing Specialist. My background is in clinical social work (MSW), trauma-sensitive therapeutics, mindfulness, somatics, breathwork, breathing sciences, and the energetic healing arts.​
I work with people who may have explored self-development and traditional therapies and are yearning to dive deeper and create real, lasting, positive change. My approach bridges western evidence-based practices with eastern healing arts, and is personalized to your unique needs.​
I offer holistic services that integrate mind, body, breath, spirit, and soul. I do this work because I believe that together, we heal, and when we heal, we truly transform the world.​
